 GOSHEN, OR (OFP) - A semi truck carrying lettuce bottlenecked the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 late Friday afternoon, south of Eugene, the Oregon State Police said. Meanwhile, two other mva's also distrupted traffic on Highway 126, and Highway 99 and milepost 8 south of Creswell.
